Geological and Water Resource Services

SDII’s scientists and engineers have been recognized as experts in hydrogeology, water resources, karst science, forensic geology, and geophysics. Our highly credentialed and accomplished team of experts includes geologists, hydrogeologists, geophysicists, and engineers who have successfully completed hundreds of projects worldwide, including Europe, North Africa, North and South America, and the Caribbean Islands. Thus the depth and breadth of our expertise positions SDII as a premier provider of geological and water resources consulting services worldwide

Our expert staff includes experienced groundwater flow and contaminant transport modelers who utilize a number of different modeling platforms. SDII has developed an extensive proprietary database and reporting management system.  Our staff also employs advanced modeling tools such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer Assisted Design and Drafting (CADD) for project management, data analysis, and report preparation.  This allows us to provide the highest quality presentation of our findings in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

SDII is registered as both an engineering and geology firm.  Professional staff members are licensed as Professional Engineers (P.E.) or Professional Geologists (P.G.) throughout most states in the Gulf Coast region and southeastern United States.  We also maintain an in-house staff of fully trained field and laboratory technicians and a cadre of experienced support staff.

Whether in the field or in the laboratory, SDII has the necessary expertise, manpower, and equipment to deliver definitive answers in an expedited timeframe.
