At SDII, we take pride in our customer service, focusing on our unparalleled combination of expedited turnarounds and exceptional, quality expertise. We understand how important that is to our clients, and working for our clients is what makes our business work for us. SDII is always changing to continue to meet the needs of our industry. As part of our continued goal of exceeding client expectations, we have hired 40 new employees over the past quarter for a total of 185 staffers, including eight additions to our engineering group – two professional engineers and six engineering interns.
Because each staffer contributes to the overall success of our company, SDII takes new hires seriously. As such, we have developed employee training and certification programs for our field technicians, including Site Reconnaissance, Drilling, Repair Monitoring, Building Inspections, and Building Valuations staff. Upon hire, field technicians complete position-specific field training, which is comprised of an introduction and observance of the field operation, procedures, safety requirements, hands-on field training, and academic training. Upon completion of the practical and academic training, the employee must successfully pass a written exam and be observed in the field to successfully complete all aspects of their job before they are certified by a SDII professional.
